Every week, you will receive a pre-recorded video and materials that cover the basics, lifestyle factors, and detailed nutrition information, along with goal-setting checklists for creating sustainable habits and a list of other resources to continue learning more after your modules have ended.
You will also have the option of joining our online communities and support groups to keep the conversation going and to share insights and experiences with like-minded people.
For an additional cost of $60, you can schedule a 30-minute check-in support session with me at any time within a 2-month period from the date of your purchase to ask questions or receive clarification on any of the videos/materials.
These courses will also be useful if you’re a caregiver unsure of how to help your loved one, a fellow wellness practitioner looking to expand and deepen your knowledge around patient care, or a nutrition student, recent grad, or newly credentialed Registered Dietitian who wants to supplement your textbook knowledge.
